In the last couple of years, since the Great Recession started to ravage our middle class, the attitudes of the middle/working class has started to wane from one of "hope" to the realities of uncertainty.  Why did this "shift" happen?  The election of Barack Obama in 2008 was supposed to bring "Change we can believe in".  For many, the unemployment line became their reality and the "hope" that came with our new President, quickly faded into the stress of wondering how to keep their home, put food on the table and keep clothes on their backs.

Is it finally time that "We the People" hold our elected officials accountable to the interests of the people?
